Jayne had such generous and loving spirit - I can't believe she was taken from us so young.

I met Jayne when we were both young girlfriends of hockey players! It was such fun time setting up home, getting married and starting out on life's journey. Jayne and Chris were married just a few weeks before us - photos below!

Despite all the distractions at that time Jayne was still able to create a beautiful wedding sampler with specific details of the event to record our wedding. It is ever treasured here.

Jayne was always my inspiration for needlecraft and when we last met she was kind enough to gift me a sampler book. This is currently in use for my nieces wedding sampler - I need to finish by this weekend but also to stay neat!

Despite the move north we have remained good friends especially with the various Mill Hill reunions and our other trips to Leeds and Yorkshire. I loved her sunny attitude and positive laughter. She found joy in so many things whether it was cooking and entertaining, family or her new found love of golf and the flat in Spain.
